Bruce Myers stands behind Brackets and Brews. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original charge.

How to request a refund

Our order process and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at hello@bracketandbrew.app and we will work with Paddle to process your refund.

Subscription renewals & cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page or via paddle.net. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, and you will retain access until the end of the current paid period.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
